This photo series looks at a community I used to be part of, but now see from the outside. At the center is the local Series 4 football team in Sørvad, Western Jutland. The boys train twice a week, party together, and play matches on weekends.
We follow them both on and off the pitch – in the locker room, at parties, and in the quieter, more vulnerable moments of everyday life.
The pictures offers a glimpse into youth life in the provinces of Denmark.
